NEWSMel & Oksana's Camps in Court Now for Child Custody Hearing

Oksana Grigorieva's lawyers are currently in court with one goal — to have Mel Gibson stripped of custody of the couple's young daughter. Oksana claims Mel hit her while she was holding their baby, and reportedly her camp plans to use the explosive audio tapes of an enraged and threatening Mel. However, Mel's lawyers claim the tapes are not concrete evidence because they were tampered with.
Lawyers for both sides are currently in the courtroom.

And attorneys aren't the only officials present in the courtroom.

Detective Dan Scott form the L.A. County Sheriff's Department Special Victims Bureau told TMZ, "We investigate child abuse."
He is currently present in the courtroom with two other detectives.
