Melissa Joan Hart Being Sued For Fraud

The star of Melissa & Joey is being sued by her former talent manager for fraud and breach of oral contract. According to the lawsuit that's been filed, Melissa Joan Hart retained Kieran Maguire as her manager in 2006 and was supposed to pay 10 percent earnings. 

 For five years she fulfilled her end of the bargain but the lawsuit says earlier this year, she fired Kieran. As reported by RadarOnline, the suit is seeking unspecified damages. Kieran alleges the star "has no heart, as evidenced by this action and a recent action filed against her for racial profiling. The case is also about Hart's fraudulent promise to pay for talent management services when she clearly had no intention of doing so."   Not only that, Kieran's seeking a judicial declaration which means Melissa needs to continue paying commissions to him for all compensation she receives going forward on her sitcom.
