Dr. Arnold Klein -- Michael Jackson's dermatologist -- is being sued for eviction from his Beverly Hills medical offices, TMZ reports.
Documents filed on Aug. 6 in L.A. County Superior Court claim that Dr. Klein didn't pay July rent, totaling $28,515.69. The suit says Dr. Klein was given until the first five days of August were up to pay, but he failed to do so and thus the landlord is suing for eviction.

However Dr. Klein finally paid up on Aug. 10, and the landlord's lawyer will be dismissing the case.
