Michael Jackson Memorial Scheduled

While the family shot down the idea of a public memorial and viewing for Michael Jackson at the Neverland Ranch, a time and place has finally been decided on to honor the fallen King of Pop.

MJ's farwell service will be on Tuesday, July 7 at 10 a.m. at L.A.'s Staples Center. The program will simultaneously be broadcast at nearby Nokia Theatre to accommodate the thousands of fans sure to turn out to say good-bye to Michael.

More details of the service are still unclear at this time.
