Michael Jackson's probate case is underway and the Jackson's family has requested that a member of the family be the administrator of his estate rather than entertainment lawyer, John Branca, TMZ reports.
The judged, however, said everything will stay the way it is through the end of the year regarding the special administrator's power of the estate.
The judge did grant a motion to seal several business agreements was granted and also called the report of the children's well being "an excellent report."
