Michael Jackson's big brother Jackie Jackson gives the King of Pop's final movie, This Is It, a top rating.
The first member of the Jackson family to speak out about the documentary, Jackie, 58, tells TMZ, "my brother's movie This Is It is truly riveting.
"Michael is electrifying! We get a glimpse of a true genius at work," he says of Kenny Ortega's film about MJ's preparation for his final 50-date concert at London's 02.

TMZ also reports that Katherine Jackson plans not to see the movie, released in theaters Oct. 28.
