Michael Jackson's Death "Almost Certainly" a Homicide

UPDATE: Dr. Conrad Murray is officially being investigated for manslaughter in the Michael Jackson case, TMZ reports: A search warrant authorizing seizure of documents at a storage locker in Houston says law enforcement was hunting for 'items constituting evidence of the offense of manslaughter that tend to show that Dr. Conrad Murray committed the said criminal offense."
As TMZ reports that law enforcement officials say Michael Jackson's death will "almost certainly" be ruled a homicide, a list reveals items seized from his cardiologist, Dr. Conrad Murray.TMZ cites officials who reveal the results of MJ's autopsy will become public next week, and at that time, "clear evidence" will indicate his passing was not due to any other cause (accidental overdose, natural, accidental or suicide) other than homicide.

Meanwhile, after officials raided the Houston office of Dr. Murray's home, TMZ cites a list of the items found there, including: 1 vial of Phentermine (weight loss drug), 1 vial of Clonazepam (a muscle relaxer), a photocopy picture of Dr. Murray, Rolodex cards, public storage receipts, bio info on Dr. Murray, emails from one Stacey Howie (who is unknown at this time), and a Rolodex card with Fed Ex information.
