As Michael Jackson's family battles it out in court today with AEG and his estate to determine the details of his legacy, which include a tour of his memorabilia, his nephew Taj Jackson -- son of Tito Jackson -- tells OK! it hasn't been easy going, as the setting brings back tough memories.
"Last time I was in a courtroom it was for my mom's murder case so I just don't like courtrooms," Taj tells OK!. "It was tough up there."

Tito's mother Delores "Dee Dee" Martes-Jackson died in 1994 after drowning in a pool. In 2000, L.A. businessman Donald Bohana, who was dating her at the time, was convicted of second-degree murder in her death.
