NEWSMichael Jackson's Siblings May Have Estate Claim

Dec. 28 2009, Published 9:46 a.m. ET
Michael Jackson's six siblings, Janet, Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marion and Randy are all listed as possible creditors in Michael's estate case, TMZ reports.
The documents obtained by TMZ do not state what Michael may owe his siblings, but Janet did pay some of the costs of Michael's funeral.
Michael's brothers have an ongoing royalties claim and, as the late King of Pop's estate lawyer Howard Weitzman explained, were therefore listed as potential creditors.
Rev. June Juliet Gatlin, Michael's spiritual advisor, was also listed as a potential creditor.
