Michael Lohan is facing another prison sentence – this time for allegedly threatening to kill his fiancée and himself.
The New York Post reports that Lindsay Lohan's dad -- who has already served time for DUI – was "quietly arrested" on April 6 for making the threats to Erin Muller over the phone.
The paper says that Lohan could face a year in jail if found guilty.
And apparently the new legal woes have turned the usually publicity-loving father a little camera shy.

He appeared in court in person yesterday in Central Islip, Long Island, but when he spotted a Post reporter in the court room he "flipped out" and hid in Muller's car with her while his lawyer, Anthony Grandinette, appeared on his behalf.
The paper adds that this arrest is well-timed, since his parole ended on February 7.
