Michael told TMZ he's on his way to see his lawyer right now to start the process of requesting conservatorship of Lindsay.

Lindsay was told by Michael that she either needed to meet with him today or he was going to court.
According to TMZ sources, Lindsay refused to meet with her dad.

However, Michael said Lindsay texted him tasking him to help her fix her latest problem of reportedly being banned from a club after throwing a drink at Sam Ronson's head.
Guess the help Michael's going to give her may have to be settled in court.
