Watch out, literary world, Michael Phelps is going for the gold in bookstores.
The owner of 14 gold medals and seven world records is planning to write a book about his historic journey from a single-parent household to becoming perhaps the most celebrated U.S. Olympic athlete.
Michael’s tell-all, Built to Succeed, will show readers what it was like for him growing up with attention-deficit disorder, detail his training and competition philosophies and give readers a peek into life as a superstar athlete.
The sure winner is scheduled to be released by Free Press, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, in December. Nothing like giving the gift of Michael for the holidays!
