A London-based woman who calls herself Nona Jackson, and who has previously stated that she is not only married to, but has given birth to upwards of 15 children sired by Michael Jackson, filed a motion to be put in control of the King of Pop's estate.

In a 93-page document filed Wednesday afternoon, Nona requested "that all my husband's properties, monies and assets must be transferred to me immediately." She also made the bizarre demand that "my husband's body must be returned to the coroner's body or the mortuary immediately."

Suffice it to say, the judge did not rule on this filing today.

What Judge Mitchell Beckloff did do this afternoon was to grant Michael's mother, Katherine Jackson, limited control of her son's property that is currently being held for an upcoming auction. She wants to get them back so that they don't get sold or go missing because of greedy hands."

Katherine and her lawyers had come to court to request that she immediately be named executor of her son's estate. But the judge postponed any decision to Monday's already scheduled hearing, asking, "What's the urgency? We meet in one-and-a-half business days for a full hearing... Why must I make such a big decision prior to that about who controls what?"

"On July 6, we will spend all the time we need together to deal with issues with the will," said Beckloff. "The world knows Michael Jackson is dead. There is no urgency for me to make a decision now."
