Miley Cyrus "Cracked" Her Tailbone Doing a "Front Flip"

Miley Cyrus revealed what sounds like a serious injury via Twitter last night, saying she hurt herself fooling around in her living room!

"I cracked my tailbone doing a front flip onto the couch," Miley wrote. "That's like when I tripped over a pillow and broke my arm. Only me..." 

Now, we don't know how sincere Miley is being, but by the sound of it, it appears the teen queen did injure herself.

We hope she gets well soon — a cracked tailbone probably isn't so comfortable. Let's pray she didn't break it!
