Miley Cyrus revealed what sounds like a serious injury via Twitter last night, saying she hurt herself fooling around in her living room!

"I cracked my tailbone doing a front flip onto the couch," Miley wrote. "That's like when I tripped over a pillow and broke my arm. Only me..."
Now, we don't know how sincere Miley is being, but by the sound of it, it appears the teen queen did injure herself.
