Miley Cyrus has some fresh ink courtesy of an iconic president!
The singer debuted her new tattoo while leaving her Pilates class in L.A., revealing a string of words on her left forearm. The quote is from Theodore Roosevelt's famous "Citizenship in a Republic" speech from April 1910, and reads: "So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat."

This is reportedly Miley's 15th tattoo! The teen queen, who is engaged to The Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth, has been sporting new ink almost every year, adding to her collection as she sees fit.
Most notably, she has "Just Breathe" inked on her rib cage, a dreamcatcher on her side, "Love" in her ear, an anchor on her right wrist, an "Om" symbol on her left wrist, a skull on her ankle, roman numerals on her right forearm and "Love Never Dies" on her upper left arm.
