Miley Cyrus Dresses Up As Nicki Minaj For Halloween; Nicki Says "She's Adorable!"

Looks like Miley Cyrus certainly got into the Halloween spirit!

This year she got decked out as Nicki Minaj. By covering up her short locks with a bright yellow wig, Miley showcased mismatched nail polish, arm tattoos, a skin-tight leopard body suit and yes, butt padding.

The 19 year-old Tweeted, "@NICKIMINAJ you a stupppppiddddd hoe#stupittttstupitttt."

As for Nicki, the American Idol judge sounded like she got a kick out of the costume. She told USA Today, "Oh my god. She is the best Nicki Minaj impersonator I've seen in my life. She's adorable!"

Then Nicki got the bright idea to dress up as Miley! Yesterday she told Ryan Seacrest (via MTV News), "I think I'm gonna go as Miley Cyrus because she's going as me, and I just saw her picture on Twitter. Should I do the short, blond cut like Miley?"
