Miley closed the American Music Awards by singing her hit song "Wrecking Ball" in her trademark tiny crop top and panty, but the outfit was covered in a kitten print. She was immediately joined by a giant cartoon kitten on the screen, whose mouth perfectly sang along to every word. When Miley hit the very emotional moment toward the end of the song, the kitten even cried little tears. Miley also cried, but it was hard to notice her real emoting when there was an enormous kitty behind her.

If there are two things the internet loves sharing, watching, and discussing, it's Miley Cyrus and kittens. This performance was clearly a perfect match-up! But I've got to say, I love this move from Miley. The world would have probably been super bored if she had gone for controversy. It's a much better move to go with campy, funny, and really cute!
