"Got Liam THE best bday pressie ever!" Miley Tweeted on Liam's birthday, Jan. 13. "Thank you for putting the cherry on top and making Liam's bday a TT!" Then this morning, Miley wrote, "Meet Ziggy =," with a picture of the precious pup! "Shes an angel," Miley added, "she loves her bro & sis too!"
