Looks like The X Factor is getting closer and closer to finding replacements for former judges Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul. Reports have been swirling that Britney Spears is very close to signing a multimillion-dollar deal with Simon Cowell's Fox show and now, rumor has it, the teen queen herself, Miley Cyrus, might be joining Simon, Britney and L.A. Reid on the judging panel.

"There have been talks with Miley," an insider close to the show revealed to Celebuzz, adding that Simon's shortlist also consists of Fergie, Avril Lavigne and Demi Lovato.
And although Britney has not officially signed on to the show, it's believed to be inevitable that she's in, leaving one spot open for Simon's lucky picks.
