Hey, Miley Cyrus, 1995 Alicia Silverstone called, and she wants her fashion sense back. Miley decided to try to bring back knee-highs on a chilly day in L.A. Friday, choosing to cover just the lower and top part of her legs, and keep the middle breezy, while snuggling into a cardigan against the cool air. The Hannah Montana star leaned on her younger brother Braison Cyrus as they headed to Panera Bread Company.
