Fresh off the news that Miley Cyrus got a new tattoo in support of gay marriage, news that the singer will now be producing and starring in a comedy film about God has hit the Web.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Miley and her mother Tish Cyrus are set to produce a new comedy through their Hope Town Entertainment banner.
Helping them out with the producing will be Andrew Panay, who worked on films such Wedding Crashers and When in Rome.
The plot for their comedy is being kept quiet, but is said to be about a broken promise to God.
We can't help but picturing a movie like Saved, perhaps?
Miley recently started a Twitter debate when she shared a new photo of her finger tattoo with the caption, "All LOVE is equal."
The former Disney star responded to one fan's Tweet regarding her new tattoo saying, "Where does it say in the bible to judge others? Oh right. It doesn't. GOD is the only judge honey. 'GOD is love.' "
Wonder if her upcoming film will cause the same kind of controversy?
