Miley Cyrus Stalker Arrested a Second Time

Miley Cyrus' 53-year-old stalker is taking the adage "If at first you don't succeed, try try again" way too seriously, it seems: Mark McLeod was arrested a second time in Georgia, this time on an "attempted stalking" charge. He was previously booked in June for a disorderly contact arrest.

McLeod claimed back then that the Hannah Montana star was sending him "secret messages" through her TV show and that no one could keep them apart. He was warned to stay away from the 16-year-old, who's filming a movie on Tybee Island, Ga. However cops saw him in the area and got a warrant to bring him in.

TMZ reports he was attempting to get in contact when he was arrested.
