Mark McLeod, the 53-year-old man accused of stalking Miley Cyrus, will be set free today after pleading guilty to two misdemeanors, TMZ reports.
After being arrested near the set of Miley's movie, Mark was sentenced to 24 months probation.
He plead guilty to obstruction and disorderly conduct and has to undergo mental health evaluation as part of his probation.
Mark had claimed Miley sends him "secret messages" through his television set. He told cops he was destined to be with her and shared that he has "thousands of pictures and letters to Miley on his computer."
