Why the confused face Miley? Miley Cyrus, boyfriend Liam Hemsworth and a couple of their friends tried to figure out the valet costs after having a sushi lunch at Teru Sushi yesterday in Studio City, Calif. Miley was dressed similar (basically the exact same outfit) to her blond gal pal, wearing a sheer, baggy white top and cut off jean shorts. Both girls wore black undergarments underneath their shirts as well. Coincidence?

Maybe Miley is just acting like a 17-year-old and dressing like her friends?
