Mindy McCready has been ordered by a judge to return her 5-year-old son on Thursday afternoon, but the country singer says she probably can't do that — because she's nearly seven months pregnant with twins!
Mindy made headlines yesterday after she was reported missing when she did not bring her son, Zander, back from a visit, The Associated Press reports. Mindy's mother was granted guardianship of Zander in 2007.
According to the state Department of Children and Families, a missing person's report was filed Tuesday night after Mindy took her son from her father's home in Florida.
A Lee County judge has ordered Mindy to return her son by 5 p.m. on Thursday or she could face an arrest warrant. Mindy, however, says she probably can't make that deadline due to her pregnancy.
Cape Coral Police Lt. Tony Sizemore said Minday is not in the Lee County, Fla. area and is "currently outside of the terms of her family court stipulation."

However, Mindy posted on her Facebook that she is not missing.
"I have been fighting the Florida court system to protect my son, and bring him home," she wrote. "There is NO AMBER ALERT and my son is not missing!"
Still, Mindy has been ordered to return her son to Lee County today.
