Although country star Mindy McCready was arrested four years ago for forging a prescription to buy OxyContin, those charges have come back to haunt her again... and again... and now again.

She was arrested in 2005 and 2007 for violating her probation, followed by an overdose last July on Ambien combined with vodka, which sent her to rehab. And now her lawyer has announced she will turn herself over to Tennessee authorities tomorrow to start her 60-day sentence for violating her probation once more.

"I am working very hard to put all of this behind me as quickly as possible so I can get back to what I like to do most: sing, write songs and entertain," she said in a statement.

While Mindy serves out her sentence, her 2-year-old son is being cared for by her mother, Terri.

"I would like to thank my fans for their unwavering support as I continue to work on my recovery and to regain custody of my precious son, Zander," she says in the statement.

Besides her run-ins with the law over the last few years, Mindy was also involved in a scandal surrounding her alleged affair with Roger Clemens since she was 15. While Roger's attorney denied the affair and said they were just family friends, Mindy says the relationship was sexual.
