"Flynn is a big baby...and I thought to myself, 'I have so much more that I want to do aside from modeling,' " Miranda told InStyle Australia of her son with actor Orlando Bloom. "I can live with my body not being in shape if I have a healthy son. It's worth it."

Luckily, Miranda was able to maintain her amazing shape after giving birth even after a very painful delivery.

"I actually thought I was going to die at one point and left my body," Miranda, 28, shared. " I was looking down on myself, the pain was so intense."

"I kept thinking, 'How do women do this?' But if other women have done this, I can do it too," she explained. "I was determined."
