Missing Iowa college student Mollie Tibbets is alive, or so her family believes.

In an exclusive interview with Dylan Howard's shocking podcast "All Rise," the 20-year-old's brother, Scott Tibbetts, talks about her mysterious disappearance and details how the family has been coping with the tragedy.

"I do believe that she's still alive," says Scott. "I know her and I know how strong she is and I know the attitude she has… She'd never give up on anything."

In the days following, investigators interrogated a pig farmer who lives nearby. Despite the fact that the man has been charged with stalking his ex, he's denied any involvement in the case, and investigators have not given the family any information about the person of interest.

Later, Dalton's neighbor told the FBI that she'd seen a black SUV circling slowly around the area on the night of Mollie's disappearance. Police have yet to find the driver.

"I'm glad that people are… keeping their eyes open," says Scott. "That's the way the case is going to be solved."

Radar readers know the last person who heard from Mollie was Dalton, who opened a Snapchat from her at around 10:00p.m.

"Obviously it's been difficult," says Scott, speaking of how the family is coping with the heartache.

"The thing that's kept me going is the amount of support we've gotten from our community," he adds, saying that 400 people gathered outside the family's home to search for Mollie one day after her disappearance.

"I've never even met them," says Scott. "So all the support has been absolutely incredible."

As of now, the cash reward for Mollie Tibbetts safe return is set at $260,000.
