Ingrid's lawyer, Sal Strazzullo, sat down with E! News to discuss how his client was affected in all that went on.

"Ingrid was with Chris Brown and his entourage just having a good time... she was at his table... right next to him when this occurred. She was just having a good time, a 21-year-old out, a young lady at a nightclub in Manhattan and all of a sudden a bottle came from the direction of the Drake table." Stazzullo added the bottle came when Chris and his entourage, including Ingrid, got up to leave.

He also addressed the rumored note that was passed from Drake to Chris which served as a catalyst for the fight; supposedly, the note was about Rihanna.

"The contents of those notes, at this time, I'm not going to be able to reveal because I don't know their authenticity," Strazzullo said.

Unconfirmed reports in The Sun say that the note, sent after Chris supposedly had a bottle of champagne delivered to Drake's table, said "I'm f***ing the love of your life, deal with it."

If true, may we add, "Burn!"

Ingrid reportedly suffered a blow to the head, and according to her attorney, Chris tried to defend her. She received stitches and Strazzullo says "surgery is probably likely." Obviously, not a good thing for a model. We hope Ingrid gets well soon!

A New York Police Department spokeswoman says the club where the incident occurred, W.i.P in SoHo, was closed Saturday night on code violations.
