“The moment I first laid eyes on Duke, nothing else in the world mattered. It’s true what they say, you instantly fall in love,” Giuliana, 37, told OK! in an exclusive interview. “He has changed our lives in every possible way. Like I said, once I laid eyes on him, nothing else mattered. Bill and I want to spend every moment with him. My entire day revolves around him and I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
