Sure, Paris Hilton often gets a bum rap. She's the target of late night party girl escapades but there's one feel-good story from a patient who thinks the world of her.

According to GossipCop, Mike Oliveri suffers from muscular dystrophy and deals with mounting health care bills. Well, Mike met Paris at a club a few weeks ago and quickly became friends with the socialite.

Calling her his "angel," it seems Mike is very grateful for the heiress' generosity.
