It can' tall be fancy gowns and gorgeous cocktail dresses — Oscar nominee Natalie Portman knows how to dress for her activity. So when out walking her dog or running errands with a pal, like she did yesterday in NYC, Nat bundled up with a heavy parka and warm hat. Temps in the Big Apple have been dipping all week, keeping most people inside when they can. But Natalie had stuff to get done!
