Natasha's Night Out With Joan, Robin

Natasha Bedingfield and Joan Jett step out to support Robin Quivers during a benefit for Healing Bridges, which helps women in Africa fund business ventures.
After elevatoring up to the 65th floor of Rockefeller Center, Joan gawks at the view the Rainbow Room provides.
While copper shoes-wearing Robin mugs with the well-preserved I Love Rock ‘N Roller, fried zucchini chips, bruschetta and baklava are offered.
Since this event is about helping women get started in business, who gave Howard Stern’s sidekick her first break?
“John Jessup, the president of the Broadcasting Institute of Maryland,” Robin tells me. “He took me under his wing and introduced me to everyone he knew in the broadcasting industry, and I can definitely follow my success through those introductions.”
Drumroll please. Word arrives that Natasha has pulled up to 49th Street, and moments later she does her twirls for waiting photogs. After we chat about life, love and everything else under the sun, the Brit beauty is stumped when asked who designed her dress. Her rep has the tag in her wallet, and gives it to me. Natasha reads over my shoulder so she’ll know next time she’s asked. It says “Makin Ja Man.”
