You'd think a congratulatory visit to a winning team by Jay-Z during March Madness is a nice gesture, right? Since Jay-Z is a minority owner of the New Jersey Nets basketball team, technically he violated NBA rules! As reported by PopEater, he's barred form having contact with amateurs who haven't been chosen for the draft pool. Oops!

Although the NBA launched an investigation to find out more about his invitation to the game as well as the locker room visit, it sounds like the players were pretty psyched! Darius Miller explained, "It was crazy. I kind of had to do a double-take. I didn't expect that at all. I just had to get a picture with him."
