Looks like model-turned-actress Noot Seear, who splashes onto the big screen in a big way next month when she co-stars in New Moon. But in this photoshoot for the November issue of Harper's Bazaar (on sale Oct. 20), the beauty seems to have ticked off the cops of Law & Order, who arrest her and detain her for questioning.
