The *NSYNCer-turned-actor stepped out for the first time since proposing to his longtime girlfriend, Jessica Biel, and he's flaunting some serious facial hair.

Justin, a co-owner of MySpace, attended the International Consumer Electronics show in Las Vegas yesterday to promote MySpace TV, a program created by the social networking site and Panasonic that allows viewers to chat with each other over their televisions.
