Nick Cannon is still in the hospital after being admitted for "mild kidney failure" earlier this week.
While vacationing in Aspen, Colo., with wife Mariah Carey, Nick was rushed to the hospital, but was soon transferred to a facility in L.A. to continue his recovery.

Today, Nick Tweeted that he was "getting back to business" with a picture of him getting his head shaved, while wife Mariah Carey Tweeted "Nick is in stable condition with a good prognosis, hopefully he'll be discharged within 2 days. As always he's laughing and in good spirits." She also thanked everyone for their love and concern and attached a pic of the couple together in his hospital bed.

But just an hour ago, Nick Tweeted and revealed that he had surgery today and it doesn't sound pleasant: "Just left the operating table and I was awake during the whole procedure. #OUCH"
