NEWSNick Nolte's Son is Arrested for DUI

Actor Nick Nolte's son, Brawley Nolte, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence on Tuesday, reports the Associated Press.
Sgt. Jay Trisler of the Santa Monica police says 23-year-old Brawley was driving north on Pacific Coast Highway on the afternoon of Oct. 6 when he made a lane change and struck a vehicle in front of him.
Officers who attended the scene believed Brawley — who made his movie debut in 1996 as Mel Gibson's kidnapped son in Ransom — had been driving while impaired.
Trisler says Brawley, whose mother Rebecca Linger was Nick Nolte's third wife, was arrested following a series of sobriety tests. He was freed after posting $5,000 bail.
Brawley's dad Nick, 68, pleaded no contest in 2002 to a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of drugs.
