One can always count on Nicki Minaj to add some quirky zest to any music video, and her cameo in B.o.B's 'Out of My Mind' has the singer in a cotton candy colored wig and straight jacket, giving lapdances to an institutionalized B.o.B.

Set in a dank, creepy insane asylum, B.o.B is, as the title suggest, losing his mind. Outfitted in a straight jacket, he gets carried down a hallway by men in riot gear, gets a visit from some busty nurses and a schooling by "Dr. Minaj" who turns out to be just as batty as he is.

While it was reported earlier this week that Nicki had been selected as a judge on American Idol, it appears the negotiations have been stalled.
