"I'm not sure the deal is completely done yet, but yes, she is definitely doing it," one insider revealed. "A few more slight things to sign off on, but it is happening."
The Trinidad-born star has a busy schedule ahead as she is just about to start a world tour — kicking off on Oct. 21 in Nottingham, England.
Nicki toured with Britney Spears in 2011 and her latest album, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, debuted at No. 1 last April.
Mariah is reportedly being paid $18 million for her services and signed on when Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler vacated their spots after two seasons.
