Goodbye Enrique Iglesias. Hello Nicki Minaj! Nicki reportedly landed the opening act gig on Britney Spears' highly-anticipated summer concert tour!
According to TMZ, Nicki's signed the deal days ago and "Britney is elated."
Last month it was announced that Enrique would tour with Britney, but reportedly he demanded a "co-tour" and did not want to be an opening act for the star.
The report also claims that "everyone involved in the concert is relieved" because "Enrique Iglesias' ego couldn't handle opening for Britney and feel Nicki will be infinitely better."
Nicki told OK! recently that negotiations were underway for the tour and she was hoping for the opportunity.
"Britney is a beautiful girl, I love her," Nicki shared. "She’s a sexy girl. I’ll have to recruit her for my Barbie army.”
