Though ageless beauty Nicole Kidman says she does her best to stay healthy by not smoking and focusing on her "physical health," there's been one problem that's bedeviled her since childhood — the sun.
"I can't go in the sun," the Oscar winner explains in the new issue of Marie Claire. "I'm fair-skinned. That was a nightmare when I was a kid." In fact, the 40-year-old star confesses that she "had one skin cancer on my leg, because I put my legs in the sun."

The former Mrs. Tom Cruise also says that, despite reports of Botox injections, suncreen is the only substance on her face. "To be honest, I am completely natural... I take care of myself and I'm very proud to say that."
However, Nicole doesn't begrudge anyone who does decide to get a little help from modern medicine. "Anybody can do anything to themselves," she says. "I have no judgment on it."
