Nicole Richie kept it serious as she exited her court appointed alcohol ed class on Wednesday in Van Nuys, Calif. The stylish socialite was cute and casual in a summer appropriate floral dress and jean jacket. Even though the  sun was in full force it looked like Nicole had her guard up as she hid behind a black scarf and dark, aviator shades.
