Nina told Seventeen a few months ago, "I didn't want to be dating one of my costars. My goal on the show was to be professional."

Over the last year, they've been much more overt in their affection, even posing for a racy Entertainment Weekly cover together to promote the show. A source tells Us Weekly, "will continue to work together and remain best friends, which is where the relationship started."
