NEWSNo Final Settlement for Madonna & Guy

Despite reports on Sunday by U.K. papers The Sun and The Mail that Madonna and her soon-to-be ex-husband Guy Ritchie had reached a divorce agreement, the pop queen's publicist says that is not true, according to the Associated Press.

Madonna's publicist sent an email to the AP, declining to comment on media reports that the she and Guy had reached, or were about to agree on how to share the couple's fortune and custody of their children.
''I will not be commenting on the various reports regarding the divorce or of the settlement which has not been finalized,'' Liz Rosenberg told the AP. Guy's reps declined to comment.
The high-profile couple announced they were splitting up on Wednesday, after almost eight years of marriage. Rumors had been swirling recently that a breakup was imminent, and Madonna has been linked to New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez.

The Material Girl and her ex have two together, 8-year-old Rocco and 3-year-old David Banda, who was adopted from Malawi. Madonna is also mother to daughter Lourdes, from her relationship with Carlos Leon.
