Not every television star gets the luxury of celebrity hair and makeup artists to keep them looking glam and camera-ready — just ask the girls of The City!
"I do my hair and makeup for the show every day," City star Erin Lucas told OK! at the McQ Alexander McQueen for Target Debut on Feb. 13 in NYC. "It's like so old hat now. I could do it with my eyes closed."
Whitney Port's best friend, who's known for her Heidi Klum-inspired bangs and for perfecting what she calls the "rock-and-roll grungy look," says she doesn't always have time to look picture-perfect every day while filming the MTV reality series.

"I don't wash my hair usually so I'll go a week without washing — that's gross!" admits Erin, who says she swears by Frederic Fekkai glossing cream. "But you just dab a little bit in, a little baby powder and you're good to go!"
Take it from a reality star — when it comes to looking great, just fake it!
