Just hours after her 17 year-long marriage to Billy Ray Cyrus ended on Wednesday, Tish Cyrus was spotted out walking in Encino, Calif. with two of their five children. Son Braison and daughter Noah stuck close to Tish, who shielded her face with dark shades. Brandi met up with the trio, but Miley and Trace were no where to be seen. Are the kids taking sides already?
Billy Ray cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce and is asking for joint custody, an "equitable distribution of the marital estate," and a court-approved "parenting plan" for their children.
