When, oh when, will celebs (and people in general) stop taking flesh-baring pictures of themselves on their phones? That day probably isn't coming anytime soon, but we're betting Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi has now officially learned her lesson!

It seems that the preggers Jersey Shore starlet is the latest victim of a cell phone hacking; nude pics were leaked online by an unknown source. In the pics, 24-year-old Snooki can be seen in an open robe and fully in the buff.

"Clearly these are old and personal photos that were not meant for the public," Snooki's rep told E! News exclusively. "It's a shame someone decided to leak them for obvious personal gain."
We're not sure how old the pictures are... hopefully they were intended for fiancé and baby daddy Jionni LaValle! Snooki has not yet commented on the scandal.
