Some things never get old, especially not The Situation's perfect abs! Flashing the flesh just wasn't enough this time at Mike Sorrentino's birthday bash in NYC on Tuesday. Our favorite reality TV star was presented with a cake sculpted in the shape of his entire torso, "the situation," complete. Mike wasn't at all disappointed as he lifted up his shirt to confirm the cake's depiction. For the next birthday, it wouldn't be surprising to see a marble statue of the masterpiece.

As usual Mike was cheesing hard and flirting it up with the ladies, even the one who presented him with his cake!

Another memorable part of the night was seeing The Situation with Kelly Cutrone. Who knew Mike was into fashion? Maybe it's Kelly; she does have great taste!
